Terms of Service

Effective date: August 30, 2026

These terms govern your use of rinseassured.com and the services provided by Rinse Assured ("we," "us").

Estimates and quotes

The instant estimate tool provides non-binding price ranges based on typical properties. All work is performed under a firm written or verbal quote confirmed before service begins. If site conditions differ materially from what was described (size, access, condition), we will tell you before doing additional work — never after.

Scheduling and access

You agree to provide access to the areas being cleaned and to a working exterior water source on the service date. Please secure pets indoors during service. Rescheduling for weather is common in South Florida; we will communicate promptly and rebook at the earliest slot.

Our workmanship promise

If you believe an area was missed or a result is not as agreed, notify us within 7 days and we will return to make it right at no charge. Some conditions (deep-set stains, permanent discoloration, pre-existing surface damage) cannot be fully corrected by cleaning; when we can identify these in advance, we will tell you before work begins.

Pre-existing conditions

Exterior surfaces in Florida frequently have pre-existing wear: oxidized paint, brittle screens, loose roof tiles, failing sealants, and sun-damaged surfaces can be revealed (not caused) by cleaning. We use industry-standard methods chosen for each surface and will flag visible risk areas before starting.

Payment

Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. Recurring-plan billing terms are stated in the plan agreement.

Website use

Site content is provided for general information and may change without notice. You may not misuse the site, attempt to access non-public areas, or submit false or unlawful content through our forms.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Florida law, our liability for any claim arising from services is limited to the amount paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Palm Beach County.
