Pressure Washing
Concrete, brick, and stone cleaned evenly with commercial equipment — no zebra stripes, no etched lines.
Concrete and stone can take real pressure — when the person holding the wand knows what they are doing. We clean driveways, sidewalks, patios, and curbs with a commercial surface cleaner, not a hand wand, so the finish comes out even instead of striped.
Before we start, we treat oil spots, rust trails, and organic growth with the right cleaner for each stain. Pressure alone pushes a stain deeper; chemistry lifts it. After the wash, we rinse everything down to the street so your yard is not left covered in gray slurry.
This is the service most people picture when they think of a "power wash," and it is the right call for hard, unpainted masonry. For stucco walls, screens, and anything painted, we soft wash instead — high pressure has no business on those surfaces. If you are not sure which your project needs, send us a photo and we will tell you straight.
Common questions
Unpainted concrete, brick, most natural stone, and dense pavers. Softer surfaces — stucco, wood, screens, painted anything, roofs — get soft washed instead.
