The name is a promise.
"Rinse Assured" is a play on "rest assured" — and that's the whole business model. You hand us the outside of your home; we hand it back spotless, undamaged, and photographed. No drama in between.
We started Rinse Assured in Wellington because we kept watching the same story play out in our own neighborhood: a homeowner hires the cheapest guy with a pressure washer, and three months later the algae is back — along with wand stripes in the driveway, stripped paint on the fascia, and a sprinkler head that mysteriously stopped working.
Exterior cleaning done right is not complicated, but it is disciplined. It means soft washing the surfaces that pressure destroys. It means chemistry for rust instead of blasting it deeper. It means soaking the landscaping before the first drop of detergent, and sending photos when the truck pulls away. We built the company around that discipline, and we priced it for homeowners who care about their property — not for whoever is cheapest this week.
