Rinse Assured

Paver Cleaning & Sealing

Deep clean, joint re-sand, and a quality sealer — pavers back to their real color, protected from Florida sun.

Pavers are everywhere in Palm Beach County — driveways, pool decks, patios — and Florida is hard on all of them. Sun fades the color, rain washes out joint sand, and algae moves into the joints. A proper restoration brings back the color you paid for and protects it.

Our process runs in stages. First a deep clean with rust and organic pre-treatments, keeping pressure controlled so we do not blow out the joints. Then the surface dries fully — critical, and the step rushed jobs skip. We re-sand the joints, sweep and set them, and apply a quality sealer suited to your paver type and the look you want, from natural matte to wet-look enhanced.

Sealed pavers resist stains, hold their joint sand through summer downpours, and rinse clean instead of absorbing every drip of sunscreen and barbecue grease. In this climate, plan on re-sealing every two to three years.

Common questions

Foot traffic is fine in 4–6 hours; vehicles need 24–48 hours depending on the sealer and weather. We schedule so it disrupts you as little as possible.
